NexJ Client Day is an annual event that enables customers to meet with NexJ executives, network with other users, share best practices and success stories with other firms in their industry, and discuss upcoming product enhancements. This year focused in particular on the future of intelligence in customer management and NexJ’s plans to leverage analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and machine learning to augment the customer experience.
